Linking Green Human Resource Practices and Sustainable Performance: The Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction and Green Motivation

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence job satisfaction and green motivation as mediators human resource practices sustainable performance in hotel industry. In order collect information a quantifiable manner, questionnaire issued employees Egypt’s five- four-star hotels. Perspectives 333 working at 18 hotels out forty-four located Greater Cairo were analyzed using partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). results supported model’s validity demonstrated that had beneficial effect on satisfaction. addition, suggested “green motivation” significantly contributed performance. work acted full mediator between variables ramifications theory management are examined.
